Return Policy for Magic Leap 2

This Return Policy only applies to Magic Leap's second generation product hardware, including the Magic Leap 2 augmented reality Headset, Compute Pack and Controller, and not Magic Leap's first generation augmented reality devices (Magic Leap 1 and Magic Leap One: Creator Edition). For more information on the return policy for Magic Leap's first generation augmented reality devices (Magic Leap 1 and Magic Leap One: Creator Edition), please visit magicleap.com/legal.
This Magic Leap Return Policy ("Return Policy") is incorporated into Magic Leap's Terms of Sale for Magic Leap 2 or such other agreement entered into by you and Magic Leap, Inc. ("Magic Leap") that references this Magic Leap 2 Return Policy.
This Return Policy only applies to Magic Leap 2 devices or accessories that are purchased directly from Magic Leap (each a "Purchased Item").
IF YOU PURCHASED ITEMS FROM ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED RESELLERS, CONTACT THE PARTY YOU PURCHASED THE ITEMS FROM FOR ANY RETURNS. THIS RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SUCH PURCHASES. THIS RETURN POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PURCHASES MADE DIRECTLY FROM MAGIC LEAP.
Our Return Policy
This Return Policy applies if you want to return or cancel an order you have placed with Magic Leap.
Return of Purchased Items
At our discretion, we accept returns of Purchased Items that were purchased directly from Magic Leap provided that they are unused, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days from the date your Purchased Items were delivered to you.
Cancel an Order
If your Purchased Item hasn't shipped yet, you may be able to cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Care. We will attempt to fulfill your cancellation request, but do not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order before it ships. Orders canceled prior to shipment will be eligible to receive a full refund. If your Purchased Items are shipped before your order is canceled, you'll need to wait until you receive your order and then return it.
How to Make a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact our Customer Care team to get your return or exchange started.
Refunds
When we issue you a refund, it is generally issued to the payment method you used to make your purchase. The time it takes to process your refund will depend, in part, on your original method of payment. Refunds issued to credit cards are generally made within 3-5 business days from the date Magic Leap confirms receipt of the returned item. Refunds issued via check or wire are generally refunded within 14 business days from the date the returned item is received by Magic Leap.
Warranty Claims
Not eligible for a return? You may still be able to repair or exchange your Purchased Item through our One-Year Limited Warranty Policy.
